What you will do

• Design simple, clear, and fun interactions for web and mobile platforms.
• Own the end-to-end design process from initial concept through to implementation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define problems and ship effective solutions.
• Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Contribute to and scale the design system to ensure cohesive experiences.
• Present design decisions based on user insights, product goals, and data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing products or games.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, high-quality UI, and design process.
• Experience contributing to and scaling design systems including tokens and pattern libraries.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with Figma and experience using AI-assisted design tools.
• Strong communication skills for a remote, distributed team environment.

Nice to have

• Interest in hirify.global and familiarity with kids gaming or ed-tech platforms.
• Experience designing complex or data-rich products.
• Frontend or design engineering experience for web, iOS, or Android.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
