What you will do

• Lead concepting and art direction for AI first and hybrid campaigns that improve brand distinctiveness and performance.
• Design repeatable AI pipelines (prompt libraries, reference sets, LoRA/ControlNet setups) that produce consistent, on-brand results.
• Create key visuals, product renders, packshots, social content, storyboards, styleframes and motion loops for priority channels.
• Build and mentor designers, motion specialists and editors, fostering a learning culture and clear quality standards.
• Collaborate with brand teams, creatives, producers, strategists, legal and procurement to ensure rights, approvals and governance.
• Shape genAI guidelines for brands, including metadata, disclosure, watermarking and accessibility considerations.

Requirements

• A portfolio showing standout generativeAI work and high craft design across social, ecommerce and motion, ideally for large consumer brands.
• Mastery of prompt design, reference control and postproduction to achieve repeatable, onbrand outcomes.
• Expertise with tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion/SDXL (e.g., ComfyUI or Automatic1111), Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Runway, After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiarity with ControlNet, IPAdapter, and LoRA training is a plus.
• Experience leading end-to-end creative production at scale, including versioning, file hygiene, accessibility checks and DAM handover.
• Professional proficiency in English and confidence working with global stakeholders.
