Location: Remote, Sunday to Thursday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM MST (40 hours/week)

What you will do

• Research U.S.-based businesses and owners using public records and open-source information
• Identify and verify business owner names, addresses, and phone numbers
• Enter research data into spreadsheets accurately
• Flag incomplete, conflicting, or questionable information for review
• Follow written research instructions precisely to meet volume targets

Requirements

• Comfortable working Sunday-Thursday 7AM-4PM MST
• Strong online research skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to follow step-by-step written instructions
• Comfortable working with Excel
• Ability to meet daily or weekly research volume targets

Nice to have

• Prior experience with lead generation research
• Experience with U.S. real estate or business records
• Experience with public records or legal data
• Professional-level English reading comprehension
