🚀 Lead Generation Manager (Remote)

📍 Location: Candidates must be based outside Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus

We’re hiring a Lead Generation Manager to join a remote software development company working with international clients from the US and Europe.

Requirements:
— 1+ year in Lead Generation
— Strong LinkedIn outreach skills
— Experience with ICP & database building
— CRM + analytics (reports, metrics, campaigns)
— Upper-Intermediate English+ (spoken & written)

Responsibilities:
— LinkedIn outreach & campaign management
— Lead qualification & booking meetings
— Working with CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive)
— Reporting (Google Sheets)
— Participation in client calls
