What you will do

• Take ownership of supporting client portfolio management, prioritizing client needs.
• Handle account administration including cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders, executions, and fiduciary deposits.
• Monitor risk and compliance indicators to anticipate potential issues.
• Assist relationship managers with KYC, client meetings, and investment proposals.
• Manage smooth account openings and closings.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German with effective communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
• Strong team player with interest in high-level client service.
• Good understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office).
