What you will do
- Conduct targeted research and outbound outreach to qualify leads among institutions, corporates, hedge funds, and issuers in the Swiss market.
- Own the sales cycle: prepare presentations, proposals, schedule meetings, manage pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop deep product knowledge on custody, tokenization, trading, financing, staking, and derivatives; communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce), support reporting, and foster long-term client relationships with cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor crypto market trends, share insights with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams on client onboarding, go-to-market initiatives, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally in financial services, fintech, or digital assets
- Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, digital assets (custody, trading, tokenization, staking, derivatives)
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), research, outreach, and pipeline management
- Fluency in English; German or French fluency advantageous
- High professionalism, responsiveness, customer-centric mindset; able to manage multiple prospects
