Senior Sales Executive DACH (Fintech): Generating new clients for travel and spend technology, focusing on mid to large enterprise companies headquartered in Switzerland with an accent on mastering to consult conservative clients into digital opportunities. Focus on owning conversations between C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management, and evaluating existing client infrastructure to consult individual SaaS solutions.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global hubs. Relocation support available to one of the hubs.

What you will do

• Focus on mid to large enterprise companies (250 - 5000+ employees) headquartered in Switzerland.
• Generate new clients for travel and spend technology.
• Own the entire sales process from the first touchpoint to closing the deal.
• Understand the needs of target prospects and articulate the value that hirify.global provides.
• Evaluate the existing infrastructure of clients and consult on individual SaaS solutions.
• Suggest innovative upsell/partner ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be a native German speaker and fluent in English.
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Be hungry and ambitious, yet ethical and sound.
• Be able to work as an individual contributor as part of a team.
• Have a customer-centric mindset.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French is a plus.
