TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive DACH - Swiss Market: Generating new clients and owning the full sales process for mid to large enterprise companies headquartered in Switzerland with an accent on product demos, negotiations, and consulting conservative clients on digital opportunities. Focus on engaging C-level stakeholders, evaluating client infrastructure, and driving innovative upsells to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Location: Based within commuting distance of Zurich hub, in-person 3 days a week (IRL-first approach)

What you will do

  • Focus on mid to large enterprise companies (250-5000+ employees) headquartered in Switzerland
  • Generate new clients, own the full sales cycle from first touchpoint to closing deals
  • Present product demos, understand prospect needs, articulate hirify.global value, and follow the sales cycle
  • Engage C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management
  • Evaluate client infrastructure, consult on SaaS solutions, and suggest upsell/partner ideas
  • Monitor sales performance, report analytics/forecasts, and help establish best practices

Requirements

  • Native German speaker and fluent in English
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Hungry, ambitious, ethical, perseverant, and customer-centric mindset
  • Able to work independently while being a team player

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French
