What you will do
- Perform active outbound prospecting via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and qualify potential clients and decision-makers in international markets.
- Book meetings and ensure a structured handover of qualified leads to the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and results in the CRM system.
- Develop and optimize calling scripts and outreach sequences to improve engagement rates.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- Very good English (spoken & written) required.
- Fluency in either German or French is mandatory.
- Comfort with regular professional phone calls and cold calling.
- Strong verbal communication skills, motivation, and resilience in a target-driven role.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with structured scripts and processes.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Warsaw.
Nice to have
- Interest in the IT industry or business development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or CRM tools.
- Previous experience in call centers, customer service, or outbound roles.
