What you will do

  • Perform active outbound prospecting via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients and decision-makers in international markets.
  • Book meetings and ensure a structured handover of qualified leads to the Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and results in the CRM system.
  • Develop and optimize calling scripts and outreach sequences to improve engagement rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Very good English (spoken & written) required.
  • Fluency in either German or French is mandatory.
  • Comfort with regular professional phone calls and cold calling.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, motivation, and resilience in a target-driven role.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with structured scripts and processes.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Warsaw.

Nice to have

  • Interest in the IT industry or business development.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or CRM tools.
  • Previous experience in call centers, customer service, or outbound roles.
