Focus on configuring value-maximizing solutions, quoting and negotiating deals, and collaborating with portfolio management and external suppliers.

Location: Based in Warsaw, Poland with expected traveling up to 50% of working time

What you will do

  • Deliver financial targets for allocated customers or applications
  • Drive growth initiatives from focus categories of services business
  • Understand customer needs to generate new business and offer profitable value using full services portfolio
  • Capture requirements to configure solutions maximizing value for customer and hirify.global
  • Drive product deployment plans in collaboration with Portfolio Management
  • Create solutions, quote, negotiate deals and contracts with customers
  • Support marketing to generate leads and customer interest
  • Collaborate with external suppliers

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Polish both written and spoken
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering (Production/Mechanical)
  • 3+ years in Sales management (technical fields), preferably in Food or Beverage industries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate efficiently
  • Strong self-motivation, initiative, and flexible attitude
  • Ability to work in high-paced environment and structure work for accurate, timely results
