What you will do

• Gather, analyse and document as-is state and business requirements across OpenDoor operations.
• Focus on end-to-end processes from campaign brief to financial reconciliation, refining them with Wrike.
• Prepare process flows, data flows, and technology integration models.
• Act as change manager for transitioning to standardized processes.
• Collaborate with WPP stakeholders to validate and implement solutions aligning with Amazon standards.
• Provide leadership updates and establish governance for processes and technology.

Requirements

• Experience as Business Analyst or equivalent, preferably in media industry.
• Proficiency in capturing requirements, documenting and analysing processes and data flows.
• Change management experience driving behaviour change.
• Strong stakeholder management at all organizational levels.
• Record of establishing governance and compliance mechanisms.
• Comfort handling complexity in work and stakeholders. Right to work in the UK required.
