What you will do
- Gather, analyse and document as-is state and business requirements across OpenDoor operations.
- Focus on end-to-end processes from campaign brief to financial reconciliation, refining them with Wrike.
- Prepare process flows, data flows, and technology integration models.
- Act as change manager for transitioning to standardized processes.
- Collaborate with WPP stakeholders to validate and implement solutions aligning with Amazon standards.
- Provide leadership updates and establish governance for processes and technology.
Requirements
- Experience as Business Analyst or equivalent, preferably in media industry.
- Proficiency in capturing requirements, documenting and analysing processes and data flows.
- Change management experience driving behaviour change.
- Strong stakeholder management at all organizational levels.
- Record of establishing governance and compliance mechanisms.
- Comfort handling complexity in work and stakeholders. Right to work in the UK required.
