What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end secondary and digital analytics projects across a variety of sectors and methodologies.
  • Analyze media coverage across traditional print, online, and social media platforms to track trends and brand mentions.
  • Perform media measurement for communication campaigns and benchmark clients against direct competition.
  • Conduct landscape and whitespace analysis to help clients define their market positioning.
  • Transform quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights using visual storytelling for client presentations.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and mentor junior analysts on methodological implementation.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, communications, social/political science, statistics, mathematics, or economics.
  • Proven experience in research within an agency or in-house environment.
  • Expertise in social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater, TalkWalker) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Strong proficiency in boolean searches and handling unstructured data.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.

Nice to have

  • International research experience.
  • Experience within a brand, public relations, or consumer marketing insights agency.
  • Fluency in languages other than English.
