TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona. Must be based within commuting distance of 's hubs. Relocation assistance available from anywhere in the world.

What you will do
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to schedule and coordinate interviews using ATS (Ashby).
- Own candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely, clear, and warm touchpoints.
- Maintain and update Interview Pools, ensuring interviewer availability and calibration records are accurate.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the TA team by documenting, refining, and scaling what works.
- Support data hygiene and reporting in Ashby to enable better hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination or a role that requires similar skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a genuine interest in making things work better.
- Collaborative by nature, enjoying working across teams and building relationships with interviewers and hiring managers.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (Ashby is a strong plus) or systems that require similar skills (HRIS, CRMs, or ERPs).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Metaview or other AI-assisted interview tools.
- Experience coordinating hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Data).
- Previous involvement in TA ops projects: process documentation, interviewer training, or tooling rollouts.
