What you will do

• Identify and build partnerships with new clients and candidates, supporting them through the recruitment process.
• Source new candidates and conduct thorough interviews using a world-class CRM database system and other recruitment tools.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from shortlisting to offering the successful candidate a new job and supporting them through onboarding.
• Work closely with local communities on employability projects with local charities.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above with a proven track record in business development and recruitment.
• Highly driven, ambitious, and inspiring individual who can drive success in others and navigate the highs and lows of recruitment with resilience.
