Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 2 days/week office attendance required)

What you will do
- Grow monthly revenue from your restaurant portfolio through sales and solution activation.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, providing guidance on revenue management and marketing.
- Define and execute action plans with internal Sales and Marketing teams to drive performance.
- Negotiate sustainable commercial conditions to improve margins and increase seat occupancy.
- Manage promotional plans, including festivals and special offers for the restaurant portfolio.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing training for restaurant partners on company tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or similar commercial roles.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and MS Office.
- Experience managing high-volume portfolios (600–1,000 accounts) and high-volume calling.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset focused on KPIs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
