What you will do

  • Manage and develop assigned key customer accounts in the Automotive and Commercial Vehicle businesses to drive revenue growth.
  • Own sales forecasts, budgets, and new business opportunities (NBOs) for assigned accounts.
  • Lead pricing negotiations and manage purchase agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Support and develop distribution partners to expand business presence within the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate customer escalations and communicate across Quality, Engineering, and Logistics functions.
  • Promote products at trade shows and provide market insights to drive new product development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive component or sub-system sales (OEM or Tier I/II experience strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics preferred.
  • Direct experience with electronic components and automotive applications.
  • Proven experience working in multinational environments and international sales.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
