Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Define and execute the Beauty Channel strategy for the French market, including target accounts and segmentation.
  • Prospect and acquire new strategic partners across selective beauty, pharmacy chains, and e-beauty players.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and pitching to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop customized business plans covering assortment, pricing, profitability, and sell-out strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Category teams to adapt product storytelling and visuals to beauty industry codes.
  • Pilot sell-out performance and execute retail activation plans for product launches.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development.
  • Proven background in Beauty, Premium Retail, Lifestyle Tech, or Consumer Goods.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong expertise in new business acquisition and managing P&L drivers.
  • Experience working in premium environments with high brand perception expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial "0 to 1" environment.
