AI Enablement Manager

What you will do

• Own and evolve the AI enablement roadmap, defining priorities and adapting to changes
• Design and deliver workshops, hackathons, and train-the-trainer sessions tailored to teams
• Coach leaders and individuals on AI experimentation in daily work
• Build a central AI knowledge hub with prompt libraries, playbooks, and guides
• Partner with department leads to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities
• Manage AI rollout timelines from scoping to measurement and report to leadership

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in Enablement, Operations, Analytics, Change Management, or business role with AI adoption focus
• Genuine AI power user who builds, tests, and iterates with generative AI
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, low-code/no-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier), and basic API integrations
• Knowledge of AI risks (privacy, security, bias, hallucinations) and responsible usage
• Proven experience designing learning programs or workshops for non-technical audiences
• Strong project management, influence skills, and ability to simplify complex AI concepts
