Head/Director of Brand & Advocacy (SaaS): Lead consolidated Brand, Content, Design, and Customer Marketing functions as a player-coach, architecting a Distribution Engine that transforms customer success stories and product use cases into scalable content fueling the global pipeline. Focus on pioneering a world-class Customer Advocacy program, accelerating AI content strategy with LLMs and GEO, and ensuring a premium brand identity across video, podcasts, and interactive formats.
Location: Full-time role based in Berlin, Germany. Freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide.

What you will do
- Own the strategic roadmap for distribution-led content, building GEO/SEO-optimized assets, gated guides, and multi-channel distribution driving growth and new acquisitions.
- Future-proof content by accelerating AI strategy with LLMs, AI-powered search, and scalable distribution to establish 's authority.
- Build and scale a Customer Advocacy program, identifying Champions for case studies, speaking, and community growth.
- Lead Design and Copy teams to maintain a distinctive, premium brand voice and identity across all touchpoints.
- Explore video, podcasts, and interactive formats to engage audiences where they are most active.
- Bridge Product Marketing and Demand Gen, integrating top product and customer stories into growth channels.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years B2B Marketing experience with proven track record managing multidisciplinary creative and technical teams.
- Experience building content engines focused on pipeline outcomes, not just output.
- Deep knowledge of SEO/GEO, content attribution, and modern tech stack (AI, CMS, CRM) for brand distribution.
- Direct experience scaling customer reference or advocacy programs in Enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with community-building strategies (digital communities, advocacy, lifecycle communication).
- Strong creative instincts in design, storytelling, and multi-format content.
Nice to have
- Experience in Commerce Tech, Fintech, or complex Enterprise SaaS.
