TL;DR
Account Executive, Mid-Market (SaaS): Generate leads, develop account portfolio, and close deals for church engagement software with an accent on pipeline management, product demonstrations, and in-person church visits. Focus on building relationships with church leaders, articulating value proposition, and meeting quarterly revenue quotas in assigned US territory.
Location: Remote only from approved US locations: Sacramento, Bay Area CA, Miami FL, Chicago IL, Baltimore MD, Detroit MI, Minneapolis MN, Cincinnati OH, Houston TX. All other locations not in consideration.
Pay Range: $60k-$80k base + $71.5k-$80k variable = $131.5k-$160k OTE (varies by location, skills, experience)

What you will do
- Build and manage sales pipeline from lead generation to close using research, cold-calling, and networking.
- Visit 30-40 churches monthly in person to educate on products via presentations and demos.
- Meet quarterly sales revenue and booking quotas in assigned geographic territory.
- Articulate value proposition, ROI, and handle deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SDRs, AEs, managers, marketing) and track activities in Salesforce.
- Provide feedback on market opportunities and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Must have 3-5+ years successful sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology.
- Proven track record in new business development, cold-calling, canvassing, and complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing prospects through CRM (Salesforce).
- Proficiency in Mac OSX, Google platforms, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with deep understanding of sales best practices.
