What you will do
- Prospect and cold call German-speaking clients to build your portfolio from scratch.
- Build and manage lasting client relationships in Environmental Commodities.
- Pitch and close deals on renewable energy products tailored to clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio.
- Research market trends, regulations, and developments.
- Manage full deal process: onboarding, contracts, and CRM updates.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
- 2-3+ years in B2B sales, brokerage, or energy/commodities sector
- Proven track record of building relationships and hitting targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership
- Structured and detail-oriented in deal and data management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
