What you will do

  • Prospect and cold call German-speaking clients to build your portfolio from scratch.
  • Build and manage lasting client relationships in Environmental Commodities.
  • Pitch and close deals on renewable energy products tailored to clients.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Research market trends, regulations, and developments.
  • Manage full deal process: onboarding, contracts, and CRM updates.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
  • 2-3+ years in B2B sales, brokerage, or energy/commodities sector
  • Proven track record of building relationships and hitting targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership
  • Structured and detail-oriented in deal and data management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
