What you will do

• Redesign and optimize onboarding experiences and first-time user journeys to improve activation and retention.
• Translate complex growth challenges into intuitive user flows, prototypes, and scalable product experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to identify opportunities and drive key growth metrics via experimentation.
• Transform early-stage concepts and AI-generated prototypes into polished, scalable product solutions.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to strategic product planning to raise design excellence.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Product Designer at senior or staff level within high-growth technology environments.
• Proven track record of improving user activation, engagement, and retention metrics in product-led growth businesses.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom or Europe.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, experimentation methodologies, and data-informed decision-making.
• Strong prototyping skills and comfort collaborating in AI-native product development workflows.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative research and quantitative data into actionable design strategies.
