What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to solve complex problems in the crypto space.
• Identify client challenges and validate solutions through user research and testing.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and design principles.
• Participate in roadmap prioritization and customer experience improvements.
• Lead design efforts within a cross-functional team throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be resident in the UK within commutable distance to London.
• Proven experience in cross-functional product teams, ideally building B2B SaaS products.
• Strong foundation in user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools to enhance design processes.
• Pragmatic approach to balancing ideal design solutions with technical and business constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience in the finance or compliance sectors.
• Personal interest or experience in the crypto/Web3 ecosystem.
