Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 annually (San Francisco or New York)

What you will do
- Manage portfolio of enterprise accounts across companies building internal ML/AI and AI labs, driving value realization and consumption growth.
- Execute land-and-expand motion, partnering with Sales to identify and pursue expansion opportunities.
- Serve as trusted advisor, translating customer objectives into strategies using platform and services.
- Lead business reviews and stakeholder engagements to support renewals and advocacy.
- Contribute to improving success playbooks, processes, and resources for enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate face-to-face with customers and peers in San Francisco office.
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer-facing enterprise customer success (or leadership) role, ideally with value tied to consumption.
- Experience developing success plans and coordinating cross-functional resources for customer outcomes.
- Operational rigor managing large book of business: tracking health, forecasting consumption, identifying expansions.
- Success navigating mid-to-large organizations, driving adoption/expansion, building stakeholder relationships.
- Strong business acumen to interface with technical/business stakeholders (engineers, data scientists, ML leads).
- Fundamental understanding of AI, ML, LLMs, or agent frameworks for credible enterprise discussions.
- Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
