€38K to 48K (70% fixed, 30% variable)

What you will do

  • Develop product ecosystem with SMBs (15-1,000 employees) in France through inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Build and manage sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and close deals at quota
  • Conduct live product demos via video or in-person for prospects and agencies
  • Own full sales cycle: needs assessment, benefit demonstration, and purchase guidance
  • Contribute to team projects refining sales processes

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English
  • 1-2 years experience as SDR, BDR, or Account Executive in SaaS B2B (including internships)
  • Strong sales skills: prospecting, lead generation, deal closing
  • Resilient, organized, optimistic, team player
  • Interest in HR environment
