What you will do

• Strategically manage re-orgs and team design: build options, model scenarios, draft org charts, define roles, coordinate approvals, and communicate changes.
• Establish and improve team culture through operating principles, rituals like all-hands and retros, and feedback mechanisms.
• Enable performance management: run goal setting, calibrations, talent reviews, and provide data for decisions.
• Manage org operating cadence: maintain calendars, agendas, notes, decisions, and action follow-through.
• Coordinate events and offsites: define objectives, timelines, budgets, and ensure attendee experience.
• Own leadership communications: draft updates, narratives, memos, and maintain priority channels.
• Build people programs like onboarding, mobility, succession planning, and manager resources with HR.
• Improve processes and tooling: create templates, automation, scorecards, and dashboards for org health metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related AND 8+ years in program/process management or equivalent.
• Lead complex change management (re-orgs, operating models) with trust and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical skills using scorecards/dashboards for insights.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication for executive artifacts.
• Stakeholder management across HR, recruiting, partners; influence without authority.
• Senior operating maturity: judgment, action bias, handle ambiguity with rigor.

• Master’s Degree AND 12+ years or Bachelor’s AND 15+ years experience.
