Senior Sales Executive DACH - Swiss Market (Travel SaaS): Generate new clients for travel and spend management platform targeting mid to large enterprises (250-5000+ employees) headquartered in Switzerland with an accent on owning the full sales cycle from first touchpoint to closing. Focus on consulting conservative clients on digital opportunities, engaging C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management, and driving innovative upsell ideas.
Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Zurich hub; IRL-first approach with 3 days in-person per week

What you will do
- Focus on mid to large enterprise companies (250-5000+ employees) headquartered in Switzerland
- Own the entire sales process: generate leads, present demos, negotiate, follow up, and close deals
- Understand prospect needs, articulate Perk value, and consult on SaaS solutions for existing infrastructure
- Engage C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management
- Monitor sales performance, report analytics and forecasts, and establish best practices
- Drive projects, suggest upsell/partner ideas to increase sales and customer experience
Requirements
- Native German speaker and fluent in English (must)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Be based within commuting distance of Zurich hub (must)
- Hungry, ambitious, ethical, perseverant, and customer-centric mindset
- Able to work independently while being a team player
