What you will do

• Review and process high-volume vendor invoices and payments across multiple locations and entities, ensuring policy compliance.
• Request vendor statements, perform reconciliations, research and correct discrepancies for accurate records.
• Communicate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to resolve billing issues and inquiries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closes, including generating and distributing billing reports.

Requirements

• Working in UK Time Zone
• 2–3 years in accounts payable or general accounting, understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Mediaocean, Strata).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
