Trade Marketing Manager (Germany): Implement and execute channel-specific Trade and Shopper Marketing strategy across Germany for Shark and Shark Beauty categories with an accent on retail partnerships like Media-Saturn and beauty retailers. Focus on developing ATL/BTL campaigns, POS solutions, and trade show activations to drive consumer engagement, in-store visibility, and sales conversion.

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (3 days a week in the office). Willingness to travel within Central Europe.

What you will do

• Implement Trade and Shopper Marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives for Shark and Shark Beauty in Central Europe.
• Develop ATL/BTL campaigns and POS solutions with Brand Marketing and Sales teams to boost shopper engagement and conversion.
• Plan and execute trade shows, retailer events, and in-store activations across key partners.
• Ensure best-in-class in-store presentation following international brand guidelines.
• Create sales presentations, retail storytelling materials, and monitor campaign effectiveness through reporting.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, field teams, and agencies for optimal retail execution.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or similar role.
• Proven experience in Consumer Electronics and/or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and shopper behavior.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced international setting.
