What you will do

• Set up, manage, and optimize display campaigns on Programmatic (DV360, Trade Desk), Native (Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo), and GDN platforms, including retargeting.
• Ideate creative concepts and brief design team for engaging ad assets.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Monitor key metrics and report on campaign performance.
• Stay updated on platform trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior team members and departments on strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years in display advertising (GDN, Native, Programmatic), including retargeting
• Fluency in English and another European language (German, Polish, French, Spanish, or Italian)
• Strong analytical skills with campaign reporting and optimization experience
• Creative flair and collaboration with designers/content creators
• Hands-on with A/B testing and performance analysis
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn
