What you will do

• Plan joint business campaigns with partners worldwide to generate leads via trade fairs, webinars, newsletters, and innovative formats.
• Implement and monitor campaigns, provide tips to partners, and improve templates with your team of authors, video, and social media experts.
• Track overall success, growth targets, regional expansion, and trade fair calendar alignment.
• Acquire new partners, especially in USA and UK.
• Coach and develop your team with bi-weekly meetings and monthly one-on-ones; hire additional campaign managers.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in IT.
• Experience managing a marketing team.
• Passion for inspiring people and systematically scaling business cases.
• Eloquence, confident appearance, and polished manners.
• Fluent German and English.
