What you will do

• Lead the team in planning and implementing marketing campaigns including fairs, webinars, newsletters, and innovative formats for partners like Deutsche Telekom and Microsoft.
• Execute global campaigns, monitor success metrics, and improve campaign templates with support from writers, video, and social media experts.
• Scale processes, train new team members, and ensure growth targets are met across regions.
• Conduct bi-weekly partner meetings, provide guidance, and reach out to new partners especially in USA and UK.
• Coach and develop team members through regular one-on-ones, hire new campaign managers, and foster a fun, growing team environment.
• Keep oversight on the big picture including fair calendars, regional growth, and value chain scaling.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English
• Experience managing people and leading marketing teams
• Several years in campaign management, IT, or project management
• Passion for inspiring people and systematically scaling business cases
• Eloquence, structure, poise, and polished manners for interacting with established partners
