What you will do
- Serve as technical authority, providing guidance and strategic direction for client implementations.
- Lead technical scoping, design, RFP responses, project plans, and SOWs for identity security solutions.
- Own technical delivery of professional services, including oversight, troubleshooting, and escalations.
- Conduct technical reviews, optimize environments, and identify product improvements.
- Drive up-sell opportunities and deliver advanced demonstrations and training.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback influences product innovation.
Requirements
- 10–15 years in enterprise IGA/IAM, including engineering, architecture, and problem-solving.
- 10+ years leading large-scale identity security projects from scoping to optimization.
- Expertise in project lifecycle: planning, resource management, documentation.
- Client-facing skills to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in XML, databases (Oracle, MSSQL), LDAP/Active Directory, Java/.NET/C++, REST.
- Experience with IGA platforms: SailPoint, Okta, Oracle OIM, or ; SaaS security platforms.
Nice to have
- PAM knowledge (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
- Security frameworks: Zero Trust, NIST, ISO27001.
- Access management: SSO, MFA.
- RFP/SOW experience.
