What you will do

• Lead complex end-to-end AI software engineering projects from scoping through production deployment.
• Collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical trade-offs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python as a core language.
• Strong track record of productionalising complex AI/ML projects including LLMs and ML pipelines.
• Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem, frameworks, and emerging patterns.
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into robust, maintainable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
