What you will do

• Lead complex, end-to-end AI software engineering projects from scoping through production deployment.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Mentor colleagues through code reviews, pair programming, and hands-on guidance.
• Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering across practice areas.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing via tech talks, documentation, and community sessions.
• Support internal R&D initiatives and capability development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with Python as a core language.
• Strong track record productionalising complex AI/ML projects (LLMs, ML pipelines, agents, etc.).
• Deep understanding of the current AI ecosystem, frameworks, tooling, and emerging patterns.
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into robust, maintainable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
