What you will do

• Build and optimize internal AI tools for sales pipeline analysis, customer intelligence, and operational reporting.
• Develop AI agents combining semantic and keyword search using vector databases, MCP, and RAG.
• Manage AI service infrastructure in coordination with the DevOps team.
• Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Promote AI-first thinking and adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Cline.
• Basic coding skills in Python or strong motivation to learn quickly.
• Comfortable with the command line, basic Linux administration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment.
• English and Russian proficiency required.
