What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for all UK recruitment activity across all business areas.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected roles, including sourcing and screening high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with the Talent Hub in Bangalore to review, allocate roles, and coordinate sourcing pipelines.
- Partner with People Business Partners and hiring managers to understand and define hiring needs.
- Deliver a professional and inclusive candidate experience through effective communication and interview management.
- Maintain accurate ATS data and support wider People team initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Partner, or Advisor role.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and high-volume coordination tasks.
- Strong understanding of sourcing approaches and recruitment best practices.
- Confidence in managing stakeholders and setting clear expectations.
- Must be based in or be able to work from London, UK.
- Experience working within a global team or international setting.
