Location: On site Horsham (AU). Residing in Horsham or surrounds preferred, or willing to relocate. Must hold valid work rights to be considered for this role.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of rural clients focusing on profitability, client satisfaction and credit quality.
• Build and grow client base through community and business networks.
• Provide value addition to clients via innovative ideas and rural sector expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support existing and new clients.
• Contribute to local farmers' business growth and succession planning.

Requirements

• Experience in banking (Agri preferred) account management or similar rural account management role.
• Farming or agriculture experience with career transition into Agribusiness Banking.
• Proven experience building, maintaining and growing client portfolios.
• Proven ability in achieving high levels of customer service.
• Credit and financial analysis skills.
• Passion for success and making a difference in regional Australia.
