What you will do

• Define and execute global applications strategy for Production Board Test, managing budget and resources for design-ins and revenue growth.
• Translate customer requirements into test strategies, validated solutions, and deployment methodologies delivering yield, cost, and time-to-value improvements.
• Develop application collateral like white papers, benchmarks, and demos to enable sales in competitive evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Service, and Operations on roadmaps, new product intros, and customer escalations.
• Build and develop high-performing global applications engineering team with consistent processes and skills development.

Requirements

• BS in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in applications engineering or product development in electronics manufacturing (Assembly Test preferred).
• 3+ years people management, preferably international.
• Strong knowledge of PCB assembly test including ICT and functional test.
• Strong influence, leadership, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
