What you will do
- Act as technical authority for solutions targeting Select Territory accounts and digital sales.
- Run sales plays with Focus Partners to build pipeline and ensure technical wins in Proof of Values/Concepts.
- Drive Net ACV, renewals, and Professional Services to maximize territory revenue.
- Scale awareness across ASEAN via one-to-many engagements, demos, and digital content.
- Use customer telemetry to fuel adoption, retention, and expansion flywheel.
- Identify renewal risks and provide feedback to product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years in technical pre-sales or equivalent engineering/delivery in high-volume transactional projects.
- Proven technical wins and product awareness across multiple ASEAN countries.
- Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including migrations and cost optimization.
- Hands-on with microservices, API-driven development, Go, and Python.
- Outstanding presentation skills for customer sessions, workshops, and large audiences.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of portfolio (Vault, Terraform, Consul, Nomad).
- Experience building technical enablement for channel partners and integrators.
