What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Solution Consultants and Solutions Architects aligned with APAC business objectives.
• Partner with Sales Leaders on planning, forecasting, QBRs, presales coverage, and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Global Leadership on Presales and Customer Success initiatives.
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent through coaching to grow the solutions consulting organization.
• Coach and enable team with best practices in presales engagements, optimizing win rates and customer adoption.
• Lead by example in discovery, scoping, technical validation during presales, and post-sales implementation.
• Work across Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive product vision and customer success.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading and building presales organizations in Asia region
• BA/BS or equivalent (Computer Science a plus)
• 10+ years pre-sales experience in SaaS organization
• 5+ years leading and managing diverse teams in SaaS
• Strong background in enterprise integration, automation, architecture, middleware, and enterprise software across verticals
• Experience with integration vendors like MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, Snaplogic
• Experience developing customer-specific value propositions and roadmaps
• Strong written and oral English communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences
