What you will do

• Lead vision and strategy for hirify.global Apps adoption in Asia Pacific and Japan
• Develop materials for GTM team to communicate value proposition
• Support field teams in strategic pursuit opportunities
• Lead team of subject matter experts to enable broader field and compete effectively
• Act as thought leader, presenting at conferences, webinars, and publishing content
• Partner with product management, post-sales, and partners to establish best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in application development and modern AI-Apps architecture
• Deep technical knowledge of application frameworks (Python, Node.js, Streamlit, Dash, React, Angular) and databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle)
• Deep understanding of software engineering and data application development practices
• Trusted advisor to technical executives on strategic data decisions
• Proven pre-sales experience in competitive situations
• Ability to define and execute strategic programs cross-functionally
• High-impact communication skills internally and externally
