Focus on defining structures for GSI strategies, evangelizing hirify.global as the preferred data and AI platform, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to achieve territory goals.

Location: Singapore (onsite). Ability to travel up to 50%.

What you will do

• Define and implement strategy for GSI and regional System Integrators in ASEAN.
• Increase hirify.global mindshare with GSI partners as the preferred data and AI platform.
• Evangelize, enable, and develop GTM strategies to grow your book of business.
• Achieve partnership goals including sales quotas, technical, and marketing activities.
• Formulate account engagement strategies with field teams and develop partner-specific plans.
• Collaborate with APJ sales, solution engineering, and professional services teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of industry experience in partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, or business development.
• 10+ years of direct channel sales/management in data, cloud, GSI, or SaaS.
• Ability to design, present business plans, track progress, and document program guidelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
