Compensation: $19.47 – $22.64 per hour

What you will do
- Manage 60-80 daily patient calls and interactions regarding medical bills via phone and chat.
- Run outbound call campaigns and follow through on payment escalations.
- Perform payment posting and manage follow-ups on defaulted patient payments.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Maintain team and individual metrics related to collections and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the U.S.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience via phone or call center.
- 1-2 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare insurance.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to navigate electronic medical records.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week (10 AM - 2 PM ET M-F).
