What you will do

• Partner with business owners to define vision, priorities, and constraints for optimal solutions
• Optimize live workflows using metrics, user feedback, and iterative improvements
• Collaborate with teams and end users to design scalable solutions
• Write detailed user stories with business rationale, requirements, and success criteria
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term roadmaps to maximize value and minimize risk
• Influence strategic and tactical initiatives for outreach programs and efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, or technology-enabled services
• Proven ability to leverage data and research for solution design and decisions
• Experience with software development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Product development experience, preferably in healthcare technology or patient engagement
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare data sets, EHR, or practice management systems

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven communication tools, call center workflows, clinical quality measurement, SQL/PostgreSQL
