What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Data, Reporting, and Platform foundations, including problem definition and prioritization.
• Build and automate reporting infrastructure for payer-required deliverables and internal business visibility.
• Define data requirements for ingestion and schema decisions in partnership with Engineering.
• Develop product requirements for data lake capabilities to support analytics and future AI use cases.
• Establish clear platform boundaries, data contracts, and decision frameworks across systems.
• Balance speed and flexibility with long-term platform durability and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning platform, data, or systems-heavy products.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong systems thinking and experience owning BI or analytics products for operational audiences.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into product judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare data, EHRs, or payer and plan data.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, data lakes, or infrastructure-adjacent products.
• Proficiency with SQL and analytical tools like Metabase.
• Exposure to AI-enabled product use cases.
• Experience working with external development partners or vendors.
