What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Care Operations product roadmap, focusing on outreach, intake, authorization, and scheduling.
• Drive the transition from fragmented processes to governed, instrumented workflows to support organizational scaling.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, and Clinical teams to ship and iterate on care team tooling.
• Establish direct feedback loops with community health workers (CHWs), Operations, and Clinical staff.
• Manage the stewardship, transition, and sunsetting of legacy operational tools to reduce operational debt.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for all shipped features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning complex operational systems.
• Background in healthcare operations, care coordination, or EHR-adjacent products.
• Experience managing system transitions, migrations, or vendor sunsets.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Proficiency using AI-enabled tooling to accelerate product development.

Nice to have

• Experience with care delivery workflows, value-based care, or Medicaid populations.
• Familiarity with Athena or similar EHR systems.
• Experience working with external development partners or vendors.
• Background in workflow-heavy or operationally complex domains.
