TL;DR

Creative Director, International - LATAM (AI): Lead the creative vision and execution of hirify.global’s brand across Latin America with an accent on translating global ideas into culturally resonant executions. Focus on elevating craft, storytelling, and regional relevance while protecting global brand integrity.

Location: Based in São Paulo, Brazil. Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

What you will do

  • Lead creative direction across LATAM brand campaigns, marketing, digital, content, experiential, events, and partnerships for Consumer to B2B audiences
  • Translate global brand strategy into culturally resonant executions across diverse Latin American markets
  • Set high standards for concept, craft, and storytelling in all creative outputs
  • Partner with International and U.S. Creative Studio and local Marketing to align on global direction and brand standards
  • Guide and mentor designers, art directors, and creative teams across the region
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop bold, locally relevant ideas and lead external agency relationships

Requirements

  • Deep cultural fluency across LATAM markets including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina
  • Strong portfolio of creative leadership, conceptual clarity, and exceptional craft across multiple mediums
  • Experience leading brand work across Latin America or culturally diverse international markets
  • Refined design eye, strong point of view, and hands-on creative skills
  • Collaborative leadership across languages, cultures, and time zones
  • Balance of creativity, strategic rigor, and brand stewardship
