What you will do
- Develop full-funnel media strategies and playbooks for Mexico, Brazil, and LATAM, emphasizing paid social, video, partnerships, Amazon, and retail media.
- Oversee agile campaign planning, activation, optimization across digital, social, OLV/CTV, OOH, and emerging channels.
- Manage budgets, performance reviews, and real-time optimizations using analytics, MMM, and platform metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, insights, Amazon/retail teams, and regional GMs to align media with commercial goals.
- Lead agency relationships, mentor regional marketers, and champion media transformation and innovation.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years in media strategy, planning, and investment in global or multi-market environments.
- Proven full-funnel media experience in high-growth consumer categories like tech, appliances, CPG, or retail.
- Strong analytical skills with MMM, analytics dashboards, DSPs, platform tools, and audience insights.
- Experience managing complex budgets, agency relationships, and matrixed multinational teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth consumer brands or multi-category portfolios.
- Success driving SKU-level performance and retailer-aligned media.
- Oversight of growth regions like EMEA, Middle East, Africa, or LATAM.
- Familiarity with distributor models, retail media networks, and shopper media.
- Leading content systems, media transformations, or global playbook development.
