What you will do
- Own SEO, GEO, AEO strategy and organic social as discovery channels.
- Drive CRO on landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding.
- Support paid acquisition strategy with agency and ensure funnel consistency.
- Optimize activation and credit period retention through onboarding flows and cohort analysis.
- Build, prioritize, and run growth experiments with hypothesis testing.
- Own funnel analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Revenue teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation in B2C/B2B SaaS
- Track record improving search rankings and organic performance.
- Experience with GA4 for data analysis and insights.
- End-to-end experiment design and execution.
- Connecting channel performance to outcomes like signups and activation.
- Cross-functional experience for consistent messaging across customer journey.
Nice to have
- Experience in short-term rental, proptech, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools.
- Experience with HubSpot, CRMs, or Webflow.
