What you will do

• Manage the digital ecosystem including website, blog, and landing pages using WordPress, Elementor, and Active Campaign.
• Plan and optimize multichannel campaigns across email, SEO, LinkedIn, and partnerships.
• Develop and improve marketing automation flows within ActiveCampaign.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators such as CAC, LTV, MQLs, and SQLs to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to align messaging and grow the pipeline.
• Lead the experimentation roadmap focusing on A/B tests, CRO, and AI tool integration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B or SaaS sectors.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency with WordPress, Elementor, ActiveCampaign, and SEO tools.
• Ability to design and measure marketing funnels and buyer journeys.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in marketing operations.
• Must be based in Brazil.
